15 months before the opening of the first construction phase, the EUREF community is getting bigger and bigger. Four well-known new tenants have joined in the last few weeks and will be working from the future location for the energy and mobility transition from October 2024.
We are delighted that Arcadis has now also decided to support the EUREF Talent Campus, the networking at the Berlin location and in particular the development of the study programmes at the EUREF Campus Düsseldorf.
EUREF AG invited guests to an open-air event on the construction site to celebrate the topping-out ceremony for the EUREF dome. Guests were treated to an exciting supporting programme with panel talks, a DJ and various food trucks.

At the first “Future Energy Talk”, hosted jointly by the EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf and Stadtwerke Düsseldorf, everything revolved around energy and the talents of tomorrow on Tuesday (7 March 2023).
This year’s “Innovation Radar” awards were presented on 24 November as part of the “Central Real Estate Committee e.V.” innovation congress at the Umweltforum Berlin. The EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf was honoured as “Outstanding Innovation”.
From mid-2024, the car park manager Q-Park will operate the underground car park at the EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf. The contract was signed on Monday, 24 October 2022, by the project partners Q-Park Operations Germany GmbH & Co. KG and EUREF AG signed the contract on Monday 24 October 2022.
The foundation stone for the new EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf was laid on Friday in the presence of North Rhine-Westphalia’s Minister President Hendrik Wüst and Düsseldorf’s Lord Mayor Dr Stephan Keller. Among the speakers at the ceremony were EUREF CEO and developer Reinhard Müller, Dr Matthias Jacob, Country President of Implenia, Manfred Abrahams, CEO of Stadtwerke Düsseldorf, and Kai Wegner, leader of the CDU parliamentary group in Berlin.
At EXPO REAL, Reinhard Müller presented the EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf community concept for a holistically sustainable future location in the presence of Dr Stephan Keller, Lord Mayor of the state capital Düsseldorf, which will meet the German government’s CO2 climate targets for 2045 from the outset and in the long term thanks to intelligent architecture, the use of renewable energy sources, new energy storage systems and the consistent networking of state-of-the-art technology.
The Austrian technology group KEBA is coming to Düsseldorf. The company will become a partner at the new EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf, which will open at the airport’s long-distance railway station in 2024, where it will rent office space and a showroom.
