EUREF-Community

EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf offers space for companies and research institutions in the fields of energy, sustainability and mobility.

The potential for cooperation is enormous. All tenants and cooperation partners benefit from synergy effects due to the thematic focuses, short distances, on-site restaurants and community events.

EUREF-COMMUNITY

I am convinced that access to secure and sustainable energy is a fundamental human right. And at the same time, we all know that the way we use energy today is unsustainable. The EUREF-Campus proves that a solution to the energy paradox is already possible today.

Accelerating the expansion of renewable energies, using energy more efficiently and promoting innovative technologies are the key to a successful energy transition and transformation. With NRW.Energy4Climate, we are supporting the state on this path. Our goal: NRW will become Europe’s first climate-neutral industrial region.

Services for a carbon-free economy are the core business of SPIE. Therefore, we see ourselves as part of the solution for a sustainable future. The relocation to the EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf underlines this orientation of SPIE like no other location.

Our common goal is to make Düsseldorf climate neutral in 2035. I am convinced of the innovative signal effect of this project. And I am pleased that we can make an important contribution to it. The combined use of renewable and environmentally friendly energy sources forms the core of the novel energy concept developed by our experts. We have also decided to rent spaces. We want to be there when a space for innovation is created.

Companies are the shapers of climate protection. Wilo is leading the way as a pioneer by tradition. This is demonstrated by our highly innovative hydrogen concept, for example. However, we also know that the challenges associated with the climate change megatrend cannot be mastered alone, but only together – in close dialogue with partners. In the innovation partnership, we are initially investigating how the potential of hydrogen can be utilised as an energy source of the future. From this, we derive specific measures that we implement on the EUREF-Campus in Düsseldorf.

At our third location in the EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf, the Tholl Group will focus on the energy optimisation of buildings for the future. This will further strengthen our company’s long-standing expertise in sustainable property solutions and make it available to other companies.

1KOMMA5° combines the best of technology and craftsmanship to make every building in Europe CO2-neutral. With the EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf, we have found an innovative and sustainable location for our Düsseldorf showroom, where customers and interested parties from the region can learn all about the energy transition in buildings. Here they can experience our vision at first hand: a world in which we live free of charge from wind and sun.

It was important for us to find suitable office space in the Düsseldorf area with good transport links. We succeeded perfectly with the EUREF-Campus. We were particularly impressed by the exceptionally good railway connections, the modern office concept, the sustainable energy supply and the campus concept.

We believe that innovation and structured, strategic sustainability management along the value chain are the decisive factors for growth and climate-friendly action.

The EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf offers a modern and innovative working environment. The project is also a practical example of the energy transition. A task that BDEW and its member companies also work on every day. We look forward to becoming part of the EUREF community together with other stakeholders.

We are very pleased to be able to work with EUREF AG. We also feel very close to the city of Düsseldorf, where we already operate several car park properties. The EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf is a flagship model for the energy transition and we are proud to be able to operate the associated state-of-the-art underground car park.
