Guests can enjoy a wide range of menus – from vegan dishes at the ‘We Love Green’ counter to classics such as the Düsseldorf mustard roast.
Digital tools provide transparent information on CO2 values, pre-orders and sustainable food choices. Our offer is complemented by culinary highlights such as homemade pizzas and cookery courses with Cornelia Poletto.
Cornelia Poletto stands for diversity. In the kitchen, she combines North German nonchalance with the spirited Italian way of life. High-quality products are the stars on the top chef’s plates – for example at cookery courses, team events or gala dinners at the EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf. A sun-ripened tomato, freshly caught fish or a slice of flavoursome Parmigiano Reggiano.
The quality is impressive – the food is cooked without unnecessary chichi. Poletto’s mission: to whet the appetite with seasonal products from sustainable agriculture.
