The Executive Board of EUREF-AG was expanded by another member as of January 1, 2022. In addition to CEO Reinhard Müller and board members Karin Teichmann and Johannes Tücks, Kevin Hauert is now also a member of this body.

Between 2010 and 2013, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the Technical University of Berlin. From 2013 to 2016, he earned a Master of Science in Construction and Real Estate Management at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences (HTW Berlin) and Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.

In 2016, his path led him to the EUREF Campus in Berlin. There he started as an intern at EUREF-AG and took care of project development and leasing in the same year. In 2018, he rose to the position of authorized signatory of EUREF AG and two years later also became managing director of EUREF-Service GmbH. On January 1, 2022, the 33-year-old family man of two daughters, one and three years old, was appointed to the Executive Board of EUREF AG.

About his previous and future activities on the EUREF campus, Kevin Hauert said:

“I am thrilled to help shape the CO2-neutral EUREF Campus with exemplary character on a small and large scale and also to see it grow every day. Likewise, the direct contact with our tenants is something special, as we regularly interact with them on campus and it’s not the usual anonymous business relationship.

I am also pleased that we are currently learning with the new campus in Düsseldorf how we can further develop the concept we developed in Berlin and establish it in a new region. My goal is for us to find a EUREF campus in many more cities in Germany and Europe in the future, and continue to be a role model for other real estate projects.”

We wish Kevin Hauert every success in his new role.
