We are delighted that Officium GmbH has decided to move to the EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf.

Officium is a partner to the housing industry for metering and energy services and operates 14 companies across Germany as an umbrella organisation for consumption-based metering, billing and management of scarce energy resources.

COO Jan-Christoph Wiemann and CFO Frank Jung visited site manager Jörg Philippi-Gerle to sign the lease agreement and then marvelled once again at the rapid construction progress of the future location. The two company leaders: ‘With our modern appliance technology, the wide range of digital services and our innovative energy management solutions, we are an active part of the energy and heat transition. Officium and the EUREF-Campus with its goal of climate- and resource-friendly management are therefore a perfect match. We are very much looking forward to exchanging ideas and networking within the ‘community of the future’.
